Chad States: I learned a lot of information on the brokering and agent side of the trucking industry. My overview of the course would start with the terminology that I didn’t know, then learning the paperwork side of everything – (I.E. – Shippers credit, broker pkg., load sheets, shipper and broker rate sheet). Learned how to verify carriers insurance and I learned about the trucking mileages, and plus so much more.
