Shauna G. States: This course was extremely informative. Maria is a fantastic instructor who is very personable and down to earth. Her real-life approach to teaching the material optimized my learning experience. For each text example in this course, she also provided a realistic/real-world examples. Throughout the course, she ensured that we were actively engaged. Maria not only taught the administrative aspect of the business, but also gave insight into other key areas/issues. This training course filled ALL the knowledge gaps, and allowed us to link the pieces of the freight broker agent business together perfectly.
