Elyse States: Training was thorough with a concentration on fairness to all participating parties acerntability, responsibility and scope. Manual is simple and to pint with examples of forms to be filled out. Training needs to be 2 days, but depends on comprehensive of the individual, their skills / knowledge of the industry already, if any. The test is very helpful as well.
